Private Jet Charter in Europe

Europe has more dedicated private airports than anywhere else, and tighter slot, curfew and parking rules to match.

Private aviation across Europe

Almost every European city of any size has a business-aviation option, and several — Le Bourget, Farnborough, Geneva, Nice — exist largely or entirely for private traffic. That density means the choice of airport, not the choice of aircraft, usually decides how good the trip is: forty minutes saved on the ground and thirty minutes saved on the drive make more difference than cabin size on a two-hour flight.

The constraints are seasonal and predictable. The Alpine ski weeks around Christmas, New Year and February concentrate on Geneva, Chambéry, Grenoble, Sion and Samedan, where parking is allocated in advance and mountain airports impose aircraft, crew and daylight approvals. The Mediterranean summer does the same to Nice, Ibiza, Olbia, Mykonos and Palma. Davos in January and the Paris Air Show have their own capacity walls.

Night curfews and noise categories are the third factor. Le Bourget, Luton, Farnborough and many regional fields restrict late and early movements by aircraft noise class or planning condition, which regularly decides whether an evening departure leaves at all. We confirm the permitted window for the specific aircraft before contracting.
