Private Jet Charter in the Middle East

Our home region: the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, the Levant and Egypt, flown daily and planned around permits, heat and event calendars rather than assumptions.

Private aviation across Middle East

The Middle East is where MEGA is based, with offices in Dubai, Bahrain and Jordan. Distances between the major business centres are short — Dubai to Riyadh, Doha, Manama, Kuwait or Muscat are all comfortably inside a light or midsize jet's range — which is why same-day return trips make up a large share of the flying we arrange.

The complexity sits in the paperwork and the calendar rather than the flying. Saudi Arabia requires landing permissions for every flight and additional approvals for foreign-registered aircraft on domestic sectors. Regional airspace routings can change at short notice. Ramadan, Hajj, Riyadh Season, the Dubai Airshow and Grand Prix weekends each concentrate demand into specific weeks when slots and parking, not aircraft, become the limit.

Summer heat is the other planning factor. Between roughly June and September, high temperatures reduce achievable payload on long departures out of Gulf airports, so the operator confirms the load before the aircraft is confirmed.

MEGA arranges every flight through registered third-party operators. Aircraft, crew, permits, slots and handling are confirmed per trip and per date, so nothing on this page is an availability guarantee.
