Founded in Dubai in 2016. Today a four-office group flying charter, medical evacuation and managed aircraft to one operational standard, independently audited and continuously renewed.

OUR STORY

MEGA Aviation began in 2016 in Dubai, started by people who had spent their careers on the operational side of business aviation — dispatch desks, maintenance control, crew rooms and medevac coordination — rather than behind a sales screen. The founding idea was narrow and has not changed: a client should be able to reach the person who is actually accountable for their aircraft, at any hour, without passing through three layers of brokerage first.

From that single Dubai desk the group grew where its clients travelled. A US arm was established in Delaware to serve transatlantic and Americas movements, a representative office opened in Manama to sit close to Gulf owners and regulators, and a Jordan office followed to support Levant charter, humanitarian lift and medical transfers. Five offices, one operations culture, one number that reaches a senior manager rather than a queue.

We are deliberately senior-led. The people answering enquiries hold operational qualifications, and trips are quoted by the same team that will later coordinate slots, permits, fuel and handling. That structure removes the classic failure point in private aviation — the gap between what was sold and what can actually be flown. It also means difficult requests get a straight answer quickly: a short runway, a tight diplomatic clearance window, or a patient who cannot be moved without a specific cabin configuration.

Safety is treated as an audited discipline rather than a marketing line. The operators we source from are audited by third parties who arrive on site, read the records and interview the crews. Every aircraft we place on a trip is screened against the same criteria for operating certificate, crew experience, maintenance status and insurance cover before a quote is issued.

What clients tell us differentiates MEGA is unglamorous: discretion, availability and follow-through. Flight details are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis. Operations are staffed around the clock, every day of the year, because medical transfers and diverted itineraries do not respect office hours.
