Private Jet Charter in the Americas
Long sectors, dense airport choice and strict customs rules — the Americas reward getting the aircraft and the entry airport right.
Private aviation across Americas
The United States has more business-aviation airports than the rest of the world combined, so in most metropolitan areas the useful question is which of four or five fields puts you closest to your meeting. New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Washington, Houston and Toronto all have multiple private options with materially different drive times.
Crossing into the region is where the rules bite. US and Canadian customs require designated ports of entry and advance passenger information, and foreign-registered aircraft may not carry passengers between two domestic US points. Those two facts shape almost every itinerary that starts outside the region, and we build the entry point into the plan rather than treating it as a formality.
Range decides the rest. Gulf-to-US-East-Coast is an ultra-long-range sector; Europe to the East Coast is comfortable for large-cabin aircraft; South American sectors are long enough that a technical stop is often the honest answer rather than a compromise.
Operating realities that recur in this region
- Arrival must be at a designated customs port of entry, with advance passenger information filed.
- Cabotage rules prevent foreign-registered aircraft carrying passengers between two domestic US points.
- Metropolitan areas offer several private airports with very different ground transfer times.
- Winter weather in the north-east and hurricane season in the south affect schedule reliability.
