Private Jet Charter Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi is one of the very few capital cities in the world with a dedicated executive airport inside the metropolitan area. Al Bateen Executive (OMAD / AZI) sits 15 minutes from the Corniche and handles nothing but business aviation, which means no airline slots, no widebody wake-turbulence spacing and consistent 15-minute turnarounds.
Flying privately to Abu Dhabi
For heavy and ultra-long-range departures, or for anyone connecting from a commercial flight, we use Abu Dhabi International (AUH) via the dedicated VIP terminal. Both fields are handled by Falcon Aviation and Royal Jet — the two operators most active on the Abu Dhabi ramp — and MEGA holds standing dispatch access at each.
The Abu Dhabi ramp skews long-range and head-of-state: BBJ/ACJ, Global 7500 and G650 are routine, and most missions include either protocol coordination with the Presidential Flight or diplomatic clearance for regional and African rotations.
Airports used for Abu Dhabi charter
- OMAD / AZI — Al Bateen Executive: Default field — business-aviation-only, in-city
- OMAA / AUH — Abu Dhabi International: Ultra-long-range departures, VIP terminal, commercial connections
Ground handling for private movements is normally arranged through Falcon Aviation Services (AZI & AUH), Royal Jet (AUH), ExecuJet MENA (AUH), confirmed per trip.
Slots, permits and curfews
AZI has no slot requirement and no curfew for regular movements; PPR only during royal or head-of-state activity. AUH is slot-coordinated but VIP-terminal movements are usually granted same-day. Diplomatic clearances for onward African routings can be arranged same-day through MEGA's Abu Dhabi desk.

How MEGA arranges the flight
MEGA arranges every flight through registered third-party operators. Aircraft, crew, permits, slots and handling are confirmed per trip and per date, so nothing on this page is an availability guarantee.
Send the route, dates, passenger count and any medical, pet, cargo or ground-transport requirement and the desk returns written aircraft options with the operating structure set out. One team quotes the trip and then runs it.
