Dassault Falcon Jets: Charter and Ownership Guide

Dassault's differentiator is airport access. Falcon wings and, on the trijets, a third engine open runways and approaches that competing large jets cannot always use.

Dassault Falcon in the charter market

Origin: France — trijets and short-field-capable large-cabin twins.

If a trip involves London City, an Alpine field such as Sion or Samedan, or a constrained regional runway, a Falcon is frequently the aircraft that makes the schedule work. Steep-approach and short-field authorisations are granted to specific operators and crews, so we verify them per aircraft rather than assuming them from the type.

The current line is the 6X, 8X, 2000LXS and 900-family successors, with the 10X in development. The older 7X and 900LX remain very active on the charter market and are aircraft we list directly.

Cabin cross-sections across the family are generous, and the 6X currently offers the tallest cabin in the large-cabin class short of a VIP airliner.

Trijets

Three engines, long range and access to airports large twins often cannot take.

Twins

Wide-cabin twins with unusually short landing distances for the class.

How to read these figures

Published ranges and cabin dimensions are the manufacturer's maximum values and change with serial number, interior fit and operating conditions. Verify against https://www.dassaultfalcon.com/aircraft/ before relying on a figure for a specific mission.

MEGA arranges every flight through registered third-party operators. Aircraft, crew, permits, slots and handling are confirmed per trip and per date, so nothing on this page is an availability guarantee.
