Hawker Business Jets: Charter Guide
Hawker production ended in 2013 under Beechcraft, so every Hawker is a legacy aircraft. The fleet remains large and active, particularly across the Middle East and Africa.
Hawker in the charter market
Origin: United Kingdom and United States — midsize jets, production ended 2013.
The 800/850/900XP family offers a wide, flat-floored cabin that genuinely seats eight, at operating costs below newer midsize jets. On one to three hour regional sectors they remain competitive on price.
Condition varies more than on any current type. Cabin refurbishment, avionics upgrades and engine programmes differ aircraft by aircraft, so we identify the specific tail and its status when quoting rather than describing the model.
The Hawker 4000 composite-fuselage programme was short-lived and support is limited; very few are chartered.
Midsize Hawkers
Out of production, widely available, cost-effective on short sectors.
- Hawker 900XP — Out of production — still flying: Winglet-equipped final production variant
- Hawker 850XP — Out of production — still flying: 2,540 nm published; strong regional availability
- Hawker 800XP — Out of production — still flying: Earlier variant; large fleet, varied condition
- Hawker 4000 — Out of production — still flying: Composite-fuselage super-midsize; limited support and availability
How to read these figures
Published ranges and cabin dimensions are the manufacturer's maximum values and change with serial number, interior fit and operating conditions. Verify against https://www.txtav.com/en before relying on a figure for a specific mission.
MEGA arranges every flight through registered third-party operators. Aircraft, crew, permits, slots and handling are confirmed per trip and per date, so nothing on this page is an availability guarantee.
