Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to any booking paid for through this website via card payment, for which Middle East General Aviation DWC-LLC is the contracting party and merchant of record.
How a cancellation is made
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to be effective. A change of date, route, time, or aircraft that Middle East General Aviation DWC-LLC cannot accommodate will be treated as a cancellation by the Customer.
Cancellation fees
Once a Charter Flight Confirmation has been issued, cancellation by the Customer — or a requested change we cannot accommodate — is subject to the following cancellation fees, calculated as a percentage of the total Charter Price:30% of the Charter Price — cancellation immediately after signing the Charter Flight Quotation.50% of the Charter Price — cancellation less than 28 days before scheduled departure.75% of the Charter Price — cancellation less than 14 days before scheduled departure.100% of the Charter Price — cancellation less than 7 days before scheduled departure, or in the event of a no-show.
Positioning flights
Where a positioning flight to the point of departure is required, these timeframes are calculated from the date of cancellation to the scheduled departure of that positioning flight.
Deposits and repeated changes
Any deposit already paid is credited toward — and not charged in addition to — the applicable cancellation fee; the Customer is liable only for the shortfall, if any, between the deposit paid and the fee due.Repeated requests to change the date, route, or aircraft do not restart or extend the cancellation fee timeline, which continues to run from the date the Charter Flight Quotation was originally signed.
Card details and our role
No debit or credit card details are ever passed to third parties as part of processing a cancellation.Middle East General Aviation DWC-LLC acts as an Authorized Agent / Air Charter Broker on behalf of the Customer and is not a direct air carrier.Where a refund is due after cancellation fees, it is credited to the original payment method under our Refund Policy.
