Air Ambulance and Medevac Coverage
Where MEGA MED+ flies medical missions, by region, with the airports normally used and the case types that recur. Qualitative only: no response-time figures, no case volumes and no pricing, because none of those can be promised for an individual case.
Gulf & Arabian Peninsula
Our densest region. Short sectors mean an ICU transfer between Gulf capitals is usually flown by a light or midsize medical cabin, with the clinical handover — not the flying — setting the pace.

Africa
Africa's medevac picture is shaped by distance and by the gap between where an incident happens and where definitive care sits. Regional gateway cities — Casablanca, Lagos, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Accra and Addis Ababa — anchor onward repatriation to Europe, the Gulf and North America, while a handful of specialist trauma and cardiac units in Johannesburg and Nairobi serve as the region's own referral hubs.

How a case is opened
A mission begins with the clinical picture: the sending physician's report, the patient's current stability and confirmation that the receiving facility accepts the bed. Only then is an aircraft with the right medical configuration and crew committed. Insurers, assistance companies, hospitals and families can open a case directly with the desk at any hour.
