Private Jet Charter Capri
Capri is an island with no runway, so the private arrival is always a handover: a jet into Naples Capodichino (LIRN/NAP), then the crossing by private boat from the Naples waterfront or a helicopter to the island's heliport near Anacapri. Done well, it is one of the most seamless arrivals in the Mediterranean — aircraft to boat in under an hour; done casually, it is an airport queue, a traffic jam and a public hydrofoil.
Flying privately to Capri
Naples is a capable business-aviation field with executive handling, and it serves the whole of this coastline — Capri, Ischia, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento all arrive the same way. Salerno Costa d'Amalfi (LIRI/QSR), the smaller field east of the gulf, is the alternative when the itinerary is weighted toward Positano and Amalfi rather than the islands.
The helicopter leg from Naples to Capri is the fastest finish and is arranged through licensed rotary operators, subject to daylight, weather and landing-site permission on the day. We plan it as the preferred option with the private boat held as the fallback — in high summer the boat is often the more pleasant arrival anyway, and it never cancels for crosswind.
Airports used for Capri charter
- LIRN / NAP — Naples Capodichino: The gateway for Capri, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast; executive handling, short transfer to the waterfront
- LIRI / QSR — Salerno Costa d'Amalfi: Smaller alternative east of the gulf, suited to Amalfi-side itineraries
- LIRA / CIA — Rome Ciampino: Used when the itinerary pairs Capri with Rome or the inbound routing requires it
Slots, permits and curfews
Naples is not severely slot-constrained for business aviation, but summer weekends concentrate leisure arrivals and parking should be confirmed ahead. The boat crossing is weather-tolerant but not weather-proof, and the helicopter leg is daylight-only and permission-dependent — the plan holds both options so the arrival works in either case.

How MEGA arranges the flight
MEGA arranges every flight through registered third-party operators. Aircraft, crew, permits, slots and handling are confirmed per trip and per date, so nothing on this page is an availability guarantee.
Send the route, dates, passenger count and any medical, pet, cargo or ground-transport requirement and the desk returns written aircraft options with the operating structure set out. One team quotes the trip and then runs it.
