No. MEGA independently arranges aviation and related flight support. Tickets, accreditation and hospitality remain with the event organiser or authorised seller.

Are the named performers MEGA clients?

No relationship is implied. Performer names are included only as factual lineup context for the stated event edition.

When should an event charter be planned?

Earlier planning usually gives a wider choice of suitable aircraft, airport slots and parking. Every option remains subject to operator, airport, crew and permit confirmation.

Can you coordinate a group or production crew?

Yes. The request can cover principals, guests, crew and specialist baggage across one aircraft or a coordinated movement, subject to the proposed operator's acceptance.
