Aircraft Charter Sales Terms and Conditions

These standard terms govern the booking and operation of charter flights sold by MEGA Aviation. Bespoke terms may be agreed in writing for specific contracts.

Quotes & confirmation

Quotes are valid for 24 hours and subject to aircraft availability, slot allocation and operator confirmation at the time of booking.

Payment

Full payment is due before departure unless a credit account is in place. Wire transfer and major corporate cards accepted.

Cancellation

A sliding cancellation schedule applies based on time before departure. Specific charges are set out on each confirmation.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the conditions of the operating air carrier and applicable conventions (Montreal/Warsaw).

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, ATC, security, or regulatory action.
