How far in advance should the flight be arranged?
Earlier planning gives a wider choice of suitable aircraft, airport slots and parking, which matters most on arrival and departure peaks. Short-notice requests are reviewed on availability at the time of enquiry.
Who chooses the arrival airport?
The airport is proposed against the aircraft type, runway and parking requirements, the venue location and slot conditions on the requested day, then confirmed with the quote.
What happens to slots and parking on peak event days?
Business-aviation demand concentrates around event arrival and departure windows, so slots, handling and overnight parking are requested as part of the flight plan rather than assumed.
How much luggage can travel?
Baggage is declared before aircraft selection so hold volume and weight are confirmed. Oversized items such as garment cases, sports equipment or production cases are reviewed with the proposed operator.
Can pets travel in the cabin?
Cabin pet travel can be arranged where the operator, aircraft and destination requirements allow. Documentation, microchipping and country entry rules apply and are confirmed before departure.
