Event charter questions
Does MEGA arrange both the jet and the helicopter leg?
Yes. The jet sector and any helicopter transfer are planned as one itinerary through licensed operators, subject to aircraft, crew, landing-site and permit confirmation.
Which events are covered?
This section covers yachting, sporting, fashion and art events in Europe and Asia. Any other event can be arranged on request through the same desk.
How far ahead should event travel be arranged?
Earlier planning widens the choice of aircraft, slots and parking, which is the main constraint on event arrival and departure peaks.
Does MEGA sell event tickets or accreditation?
No. MEGA arranges aviation only. Tickets, invitations and accreditation remain with the organiser or authorised seller.
MEGA acts as an air charter broker and authorised agent, not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by licensed operators. MEGA is not affiliated with or endorsed by the events named on this page.
