Why we focus on the long sectors
Most American charter demand is short-haul — a light jet between two familiar fields — and that market is well served by local operators. What changes completely is the long-haul sector into the Gulf: range reserve against a full cabin, crew duty and rest, overflight permits across several authorities, a slot at the far end, apron parking for a week, and someone on the ground in Riyadh or Dubai who can fix a problem at three in the morning local time. That is the work we do every day.
For genuinely domestic travel, see New York private jet charter, Miami and Los Angeles.
The corridors we fly most
- New York (KTEB, KHPN, JFK) to Dubai (DWC, DXB) — .
- Los Angeles (KVNY, LAX) to Riyadh (RUH) — the sector where aircraft choice decides non-stop versus a technical stop.
- Miami (KOPF, MIA) to Doha (DOH) — payload and fuel planning decide the stop.
- Washington (KIAD) to Abu Dhabi (AZI, AUH) — the most requested institutional and energy sector.
- Toronto (CYYZ) to Dubai — Canada's principal long-haul departure point for the Gulf.
- Houston (KSGR, KHOU) to Riyadh and Dhahran (DMM) — the energy corridor, often multi-leg.
More sector detail sits in our charter route guides, with Gulf arrival specifics on private jets in Dubai and private jet charter in Saudi Arabia.
Aircraft that make the sector non-stop
- Ultra-long-range jet — 12-16 passengers, flat-bed rest and the range reserve to plan a non-stop rather than hope for one.
- Large-cabin jet — 10-14 passengers, workable on shorter pairings and often planned with a technical stop.
- VIP airliner — larger delegations and extended families with conference space, private suites and dedicated crew.
Range figures published for a type assume a modest load and favourable winds; we plan the real calculation. Full specifications are on the charter fleet pages.
What a North American client should expect
MEGA LFS LLC is our Delaware-registered entity, and the desk answers a direct North American number at any hour. We arrange charter and are not the air carrier: every US-registered aircraft we place you on is flown by an operator certificated under FAA Part 135, the Federal Aviation Administration's standard for on-demand charter operations, named in writing with the aircraft registration before anything is confirmed. Departures from Teterboro, Van Nuys, Opa-locka, Dulles, Hobby and Toronto Pearson are handled through the FBOs those fields actually use — Signature Flight Support, Sheltair and Atlantic Aviation among them — and permits, slots, private terminals and ground transport in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are arranged by our own people in the region. Safety ratings referenced anywhere on this site belong to the operating carrier.
How a long-haul request is handled
Request: send the route, dates and party size; nothing is committed. Options: we test the sector against payload, winds, crew duty and permits, then return aircraft options with the operating carrier named. Wheels up: permits, slots, FBO and private terminal handling at both ends, catering, transport and return planning.
US to Middle East charter — FAQs
Can a private jet fly non-stop from New York to Dubai?
On the right aircraft, yes — ultra-long-range types are routinely planned non-stop. Whether your trip goes non-stop depends on the aircraft offered, passenger and baggage load, winds and the operator's planning rules, all confirmed before you commit.
How much does a charter flight from the US to the Middle East cost?
There is no published figure. A long-haul quote is built from aircraft category, positioning, dates, payload, crew duty and rest, permits, handling at both ends and any technical stop. Each mission is priced individually.
Do you handle US domestic charter?
We can, but our advantage is the long-haul sector into the Gulf and the ground operation at the other end. For a one-hour domestic hop a local operator will usually serve you better, and we will say so.
Who operates the aircraft?
Licensed third-party air carriers. Where a carrier holds ARGUS Platinum, IS-BAO registration or Wyvern Wingman, the rating belongs to the operator and is confirmed at quotation. MEGA does not hold or claim those ratings.
How far ahead should a transatlantic charter be booked?
Earlier is materially better: long-haul aircraft are a smaller pool, crew duty and rest must be planned, and Gulf permits and parking take lead time. Short-notice requests are still worth making.
Can you arrange the ground side in the Gulf?
Yes — private terminal arrival, immigration coordination where permitted, chauffeured transport, hotels and onward regional legs, arranged by our own team in the region.
