Monaco: Your 2026 Yacht Show Calendar Overview

Navigating the Mediterranean's premier marine events.

What's happening in Monaco

Monaco is once again set to host one of the world's most prestigious luxury marine events as part of the 2026 yacht show calendar. This annual gathering consistently draws a discerning international clientele, showcasing a remarkable array of superyachts, innovative marine technology, and bespoke luxury services within the principality's iconic Port Hercule.

Running concurrently with other significant events in the region, including the Cannes Yachting Festival, the Monaco Yacht Show anchors the Mediterranean's late summer and early autumn social and commercial season. These events are integral to the global yachting industry, providing a platform for significant announcements and collaborations.

Why this matters for private travellers

The heightened activity around these prominent yacht shows inevitably leads to various logistical considerations for attendees. Commercial flight slots into preferred regional airports become highly contested, and hotel accommodations, particularly within Monaco and surrounding areas, experience very rapid reservations and peak pricing. Ground transportation networks also operate under increased demand, potentially leading to delays and extended transfer times to and from venues and private residences.

How a private jet changes the equation

For those attending the Monaco Yacht Show, private aviation offers a distinct advantage. Travellers can bypass the congestion of commercial terminals, ensuring a discreet and efficient transit. Flexible scheduling allows for arrivals and departures to align precisely with event schedules, dinners, and after-parties, eliminating the need to adhere to fixed airline timetables. Private charters also provide the convenience of carrying specialised luggage, such as ski equipment or multiple garment bags, with these items handled meticulously upon arrival at the FBO, often at Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (LFMN), the nearest primary international FBO to Monaco.
